The first floor is the main entryway into the house from the car port. This floor consist of the private owner's closet and the stairway to the upper floors.
The second floor contains the bedroom area. There are
two master bedrooms each with queen size beds and private whirlpool/shower
baths. The east master bedroom has a telephone and a TV with DVD. The
west master bedroom has a telephone and computer with high speed internet
which is also capable of providing TV, playing DVD's and CD's. A third
bedroom contains a queen bed. The fourth bedroom is the bunk room with 2
bunk beds and TV with VCR. This floor also contains a centrally located
bathroom with tub/shower. A washer and dryer is located at this level.
The third floor is the great room area. The great room consist of
kitchen, kitchen bar, large dining table, entertainment center, 2 sofa's, soft chair,
bathroom with shower and awesome views in all directions with many large
windows. The nearest house directly North is normal for Avon but this
house is at a lower elevation providing a better degree of privacy. The
nearest house directly South is over 100 feet away providing an greater degree
of privacy and a spacious sunny southern exposure. Decks on the East,
South and West sides of the house. A high speed internet port(RJ45) is
provided to accommodate your notebook computer.
The fourth floor is the tower and the roof is over 55 feet above grade.
Awesome breathtaking views at this level. A wet bar, mini
refrigerator/freezer and futon are located at this level. Spiral stairs
in Great room area provide access to this level. A deck facing east is
provided.
